Round 1 is officially over. All artists are now revealed in the collection. Please go check them out if you haven't already! In addition, the fest is also closed. This round we only had one fill but it is beautiful. You can check it out here.

Below the cut I have some questions about your thoughts on Art Fever and how it can be improved. You don't need to answer all (or any) of them, but I would appreciate any feedback you can give me. I also have a list of things I plan to change in the future.

Questions:
1) What are your thoughts on the freeform tags? I plan on keeping the drawing vs graphics tags, but I’m not sure how useful the “background/scenario” tag was. Perhaps it would be better to leave that for optional details?
2) When would you like to see another round?
3) There wasn’t much activity in the fest. This round was pretty small so I’m not worried about it but I am curious if there was anything that discouraged activity. Lack of visibility? LJ? Or lack of time?
4) How was my modding? I know I was bit of a wreck what with the scheduling and then the collection mistake. I’d like to know if there’s anything else I should improve in the future.
5) Is there anything else you would like me to know?

Planned Changes:
1) At least two weeks of nominations with the options to nominate 6 fandoms (with up to 6 characters and 6 ships each)
2) At least two weeks of sign-ups
3) A letter post in case anyone wants to add prompts after sign-ups have closed
4) An earlier start date for the fest so that it doesn’t overlap the exchange as much
5) Updated FAQs with information on extensions and how to post art onto AO3
