How does the fest work?
The fest works a lot like a kinkmeme. Once the fest opens, people will be able to make anonymous prompts. People will also be able to make fills, though these don't have to be anonymous.

Do I have to sign up for the exchange to participate in the fest?
No, they're separate events. The fest doesn't require any sort of sign-up or commitment. You can make prompts and not fill any or fill prompts without making any.

What type of art is allowed?
Any visual art is allowed: graphics, photomanipulations, drawings, paintings, pixels, etc.

Can I make a prompt anonymously?
Yes, in fact, all prompts must be made anonymously.

Can I post a fill anonymously?
Yes, but you're not required to.

Are there any restrictions on prompts?
Contemporary (1900s and beyond) RPF must not include non-celebrities or people under the age of 18. Otherwise, anything goes.

Are there any restrictions on fills?
Pornographic fills must not include photographs of people who were under the age of 18 at the time the photo was taken, even if the original photos were not explicit in nature.

Are warnings or spoiler-cuts required?
No, but you may use them if you'd like.

What kinks are allowed?
All of them.

What if I like a prompt but want to see it filled with different characters or ships?
Please make your own separate prompt.

What if I really misread a prompt on accident?
If you're worried that your fill is too far off-topic you can post it to the Misfire thread and link back on the original prompt with an explanation.
